About me

Welcome, I'm Shereena.

I'm a qualified Mental Health Nurse and CBT Therapist with a background in the creative arts.

I'm passionate about creating warm, safe and nurturing therapeutic spaces where children, young people and adults feel heard, understood and able to be themselves.

I place great importance on building genuine therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, compassion and acceptance, as I believe feeling safe and connected is an important part of healing and growth.

When working with young people, I can also draw on my creative arts background, incorporating creativity and expression into therapy where it feels helpful and appropriate. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to each individual.
